The School Based Health Center offers physical exams, sports physicals, sick visits, and immunizations for students in the Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. The health center is staffed by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who is able to provide these needed services to the students in Erlanger-Elsmere Schools. The Health Center is partially funded by a matching grant from the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati. To help continue these vital services -cash donations are accepted.
