Youth Service Center

Erlanger-Elsmere Schools, in partnership with Wild Health and the Kentucky Department for Public Health, will be holding an on site vaccination clinic at Dietz Auditorium on Friday, May 21st from 12:00 pm – 4:00pm.

Lloyd Memorial High School – Dietz Auditorium (inside Scheben Gymnasium)

450 Bartlett Ave.

Erlanger, KY 41018

Appointments are available for staff, students, and members of the community ages 12 and up.  Participants will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

To register please visit  On the drop down to select location, choose Lloyd High School.

When you arrive at the clinic you may also take an optional COVID-19 test. This test is not required to receive the vaccine.

Fully vaccinated students and staff will not be required to quarantine as a close contact as long as they are not showing COVID-19 symptoms. This is a positive outcome for school attendance and extra-curricular participation moving forward.

Because consent is given during the sign up process, a parent or guardian does NOT have to be present for their child to receive the vaccine. Students will show up at their scheduled time, receive the vaccine, wait the required 15 minutes for observation, and return to class.

We will be holding another event for participants to receive their second dose in 21 days. More information to come.

Erlanger-Elsmere staff cannot cancel or reschedule appointments for you.  You must contact Wild Health.

Questions regarding the vaccine, testing, or your appointment should be directed to Wild Health Customer Service at (859) 217-4679.
