Dear Parents/Guardians:

Students who do not have their immunizations up to date by October 14, 2019 will not be permitted to attend any Erlanger-Elsmere Schools until they are immunized. Please read the information below for all students in all grades. If you have a 6th grade student please refer to the 6th grade information below as their requirements are different. Please also refer to the attached letter from the NKY Health Department. We will assist as much as possible. For PreK,K, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th 12th. (6th grade is listed separately below) Kentucky law requires that all students enrolled in public school have a current, unexpired immunization certificate on file at all times. If you have not submitted a current immunization certificate with all required immunizations listed, please contact your child’s doctor to obtain an appointment as soon as possible. . Appointments and immunizations are available at our school based health center. Please obtain an enrollment packet if you wish to schedule an appointment. For any questions or to make an appointment for medical or dental services at the school based health center, call 342-2411. You may also call 859-342-2427 or talk with the nurse or principal located at your student’s school. Any student who remains non-compliant beginning on Monday, October 14th will not be allowed to attend school or participate in any extracurricular activities.
