Erlanger-Elsmere Schools, in partnership with Wild Health and the Kentucky Department for Public Health, will be holding an on site vaccination clinic at Dietz Auditorium on Thursday, June 17th from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

Appointments are available for staff, students, and members of the community ages 12 and up. Participants will receive the Pfizer vaccine.

When you arrive at the clinic you may also take an optional COVID-19 test. This test is not required to receive the vaccine.
Fully vaccinated students and staff will not be required to quarantine as a close contact as long as they are not showing COVID-19 symptoms. This is a positive outcome for school attendance and extra-curricular participation moving forward.
A parent or guardian does NOT have to be present for their child to receive the vaccine as long as the consent form is completed. Students must bring the completed consent form with them to the scheduled appointment.
Erlanger-Elsmere staff cannot cancel or reschedule appointments for you. You must contact Wild Health.
