NKU has moved to being a test optional university.
Freshmen applicants with a 2.75 and greater unweighted high school GPA will be offered admissions regardless of ACT/SAT scores.
· Freshmen applicants with a 2.7499 unweighted high school GPA and less will be required to submit ACT/SAT scores for admission review.
·Freshmen applicants with a 2.49-2.0 unweighted high school GPA offered admission will be placed in the Pathfinder Program, our signature student success program.
·Freshmen applicants must have a 2.0 unweighted high school GPA to be considered for admissions.
Also, they do not require 2 foreign language courses for admissions. However, if you do not complete those during high school, you will be required to take a foreign language course at NKU.
