My name is Josh Walton and I will soon be opening an insurance agency in Northern Kentucky, representing one of the leading insurance companies in the country.
I will be hiring at least two team members who are native Spanish-speakers, and who are also fluent in English. These bilingual individuals will need to be able to communicate fluently with both English-speaking and Spanish-speaking customers.
I am looking for hard-working, responsible individuals who are motivated by a challenge. No prior experience or specialized education is required, but skill and interest in sales and customer service is extremely important. Team members also need to be willing to learn and grow and work well in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidates are looking for a career, not a short-term job. They will receive training and on-going professional development. After being hired, they will be expected to obtain insurance licenses. Full-time team members will work a schedule of approximately 44 hours per week on site in our office. They will receive base pay between $13 – $15 per hour, plus bonuses and commissions for meeting individual and team sales and service goals. I am also open to candidates who are interested in working part-time, and the schedule will be determined by need and availability.
My agency is going to work to meet the needs of the Spanish-speaking community of Northern Kentucky by providing them with excellent customer service in their native language. I am licensed in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana, so we will also be serving the Spanish-speaking communities of Greater Cincinnati and the entire Tri-state area.
