Energetic Anatomy 101

Tuesday, June 2nd, 6-7:30 p.m.

In today’s climate, we are looking for ways to improve our health and wellness and build our immunity and resilience. All things considered, we can’t forget about taking care of our energetic bodies too. When we understand our energetic health, we can use that knowledge to heal ourselves physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

In this workshop, you’ll learn about the parts of your energetic body and how each part influences your health and wellbeing. You’ll come away with practical knowledge that you can use immediately to help you reach new levels of health and wellness.

Introduction to Health and Wellness the True Body Way

Tuesday, June 9th 6-7 p.m.

This one-hour workshop is an introduction to a 6-week class that will be offered at the Family Nurturing Center later this summer, as soon as it’s safe for us to be physically together.

Stress and challenges with mood and emotion, concentration, and connection with others may be compounded by our current world pandemic. But there are measures we can take to support ourselves in healing as we move into a place of wellness. In this workshop, you will be introduced to True Body Project and how the use of movement, creation, seeing acting and documentation can be used to create a healthy relationship with yourself and with others.

Introduction to Healthy Beginnings

This class is designed for any family who is preparing to welcome or has recently welcomed newborns and infants into their lives through pregnancy, kinship care, fostering or adoption.

Tuesday, June 16th 6-7 p.m.

This one-hour workshop is an introduction to a 4-week class that will be offered at the Family Nurturing Center later this summer, as soon as it’s safe for us to be physically together.

Nothing inspires us to institute a change in our health and wellness like crossing the threshold into a new period of marking time. It is even more evident when the new season is the welcoming of a child into our lives.

This introductory workshop provides an overview of the Healthy Beginnings Program and explores the core concepts of bonding, communication, and the creation of healthy environments that support the health and wellness of children and families. We explore the importance of supporting each child in their individual trajectory of development and setting them up to thrive.
